Polymer Additives Application For Nonwoven

Woven bags and bags usually use PP raw materials, in the process of long-term use, especially exposed to light, and especially prone to aging breakage.
In general, PP woven bags without adding a light stabilizer are broken in about 15 days under the sun in summer, which can be extended to more than three months after adding a light stabilizer.
Anti-aging requirements
Woven bags: UV 313 accelerated aging 144 hours (under specific parameters)
Collector bags: UV 313 accelerated aging 200 hours (under specific parameters)
Recommended use
Anti-aging additives: Ecochem LS-770, Ecochem LS-531, Ecochem LS-196, Ecochem LS-944, Ecochem UV-B215, the additional amount is generally 2-5‰.
Anti-aging masterbatch: L-860, L-860S
Spun Nylon Applications

Chemical fibers are mainly fibers with textile properties made from polymer materials after spinning, mainly polypropylene, polyester, nylon, spandex, acrylic, etc. Due to the influence of its own material, chemical fiber
as well as the diameter of the filament being very small, it is prone to age phenomenon in long-term outdoor use, which is manifested in the fabric as fading and brittleness.
Anti-aging requirements
Reduce the performance degradation and fading of chemical fiber in the process of outdoor use.
Recommended Use
Polypropylene: Ecochem LS-770, Ecochem LS-944, Ecochem LS-119, Ecochem LS-622, Ecochem L-860 (masterbatch);
Polyester: Ecochem LS-119, Ecochem LS-622, Ecochem UV-326, Ecochem UV-328, Ecochem UV-531;
Nylon: Ecochem LS-114, Ecochem LS-944, Ecochem LS-119, Ecochem UV-234.
Spandex: Ecochem LS-622, Ecochem LS-119, Ecochem UV-328.
